Fulfillment Policy

Introduction
At Engines & Co., we are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience. This Order Fulfillment Policy outlines how we process, package, and ship your orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
  • Standard processing time is 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines and costs vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of purchase but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or weather disruptions.
  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Backordered and Pre-Order Items

  • If an item is on backorder or pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be indicated at checkout.
  • Orders containing backordered items will be shipped in full once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support team at support@enginesco.com.
  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged packaging or items to assist with resolving the issue.
  • Engines & Co. will replace or refund damaged or missing items after verification.

Non-Delivery Claims

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement if necessary.

International Orders

  • At this time, Engines & Co. ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
