Our 45-Day Satisfaction Promise
At Engines & Co., we stand by the quality of our equipment. We're confident that your new gear will meet your standards, but if for any reason it doesn't, you have 45 days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Email us at director@enginesco.com to get your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have your RMA, pack the item securely in its original box, include your proof of purchase, and send it to:

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds and Exceptions
After we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange. You can expect to be notified via email within four business days.
Normally, refunds will be processed and delivered back to same payment method within 10 business days. If you don't receive it after 15 days, please email us as soon as possible.
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery. If your product arrived defective or broken, please contact us immediately so we can help you arrange a refund or exchange.
