Exchange Policy

We at Engines & Co Shoes follow an easy 180 Days return and exchange policy for all the products shipped from our website.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from website. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the fit of your shoes and would like to return, you can simply place your return by . Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel you can reach out to us on +1 (888) 379-6614. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise the return request once you receive the order.

Exchange

1. We provide all our customers with a 180 day exchange for all orders. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.
For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.
